HYDROLAST-PU/W | Water-thinnable waterproofing mastic based on polyurethane resins.

After applying to the surface, it polymerizes, creating an elastic membrane that is resistant to excessive ultraviolet radiation and high mechanical stress;

Base

The base must be solid, free from dust, loose fragments, traces of dirt, paints, oil stains, etc.;

The humidity of the base must not exceed 4%, the relative humidity of the environment must be less than 80%, and the temperature within the range from + 10 °С to + 40 °С;

The surface is pre-primed with PRIMER or VIM-PRIMER-S, especially if it is porous;
-
The material is applied with a brush or roller, in two layers, in the same direction or crosswise;
-
For the first layer, the material is diluted with 5% water composition;
-
The second layer is applied after the first one has dried, after 24 hours, at an ambient temperature of +25 °C and without diluting the material with water;
-
In case of cracks larger than 1.5mm, surface cracks are covered with a special polypropylene (PP) tape or glass fiber;
-
This reinforcement is fastened with fresh HYDROLAST-PU / W and then two subsequent layers of coating are already applied;
-
Reinforce should be carefully and carefully to avoid the formation of voids in these places;

Of course, when performing such work, material consumption may increase by an additional 0.5 kg / m2

Full and intensive walking on the terrace is permissible after 7 days from the date of completion of the work, after applying the material;
