Elastic polymer cement waterproofing for concrete floors and screeds
Basement waterproofing
Waterproofing in the apartment
Floor waterproofing under tiles
WATERBLOCK FLEX (A+B) | Z is a combination of waterproofing dry mix? in the form of cement powder (component A) and elasticizer (component B), in a single practical package.
In addition to the elastic membrane that it forms after application to the surface, it has excellent adhesion, as well as increased resistance due to the properties of the polymer composition of component B.
Properties
-
WATERBLOCK FLEX (comp. A) - an inorganic waterproofing mixture in powder form, mixed with component B (or water) before use;
-
Contains cement, pyrite calcination and chemical additives that create waterproof lime compounds and significantly improve the adhesion and workability of the finished product;
-
After curing , WATERBLOCK FLEX (comp. A) creates a tough and absolutely waterproof layer;
-
In order to avoid the expected hairline cracks on the coated surface, it is recommended to mix WATERBLOCK FLEX (comp. A ) with its WATERBLOCK FLEX (comp. B) elasticizer ;
-
The product provides the construction with an unlimited period of protection against water;
-
Provides complete water tightness at hydrostatic pressure DIN 1048;
-
The material is absolutely waterproof , but at the same time allows building structures to "breathe";
-
WATERBLOCK FLEX (comp. A) is non-toxic and can be used for waterproofing drinking water tanks, either alone or in combination with polymer component B;
-
Suitable for permanent contact with water.
-
Consumption: 3.5 kg/m/sq.
Application area
-
Foundation waterproofing.
-
Floor waterproofing in a private house.
-
Floor waterproofing in the apartment.
-
Waterproofing the floor in the bathroom under the tiles.
-
Floor waterproofing before screed.
-
Waterproofing of basement walls (negative).
-
Waterproofing the floor in the garage.
- Floor waterproofing on the open balcony and roof.
It is used for waterproofing surfaces of building structures containing hairline cracks up to 2 mm wide .
Projects
-
Basements;
-
Reservoirs;
-
wells;
-
Bases for tiles;
-
Terraced gardens-roof garden;
-
Verandas;
-
Bases for finishing tiles and thermal insulation boards;
- end surface;
Application technology
-
A single package in the form of a plastic bucket contains component A and component B in the appropriate proportion of 2:1 (by weight);
-
At the same time, the plastic bucket is a container for mixing components;
-
The powder is gradually added to the liquid and thoroughly mixed until a homogeneous mass suitable for brushing is created;
-
It is forbidden to add any substance other than the named components;
-
After waiting approximately 10 minutes (the time required for the fresh mortar to mature), the mortar is mixed again and the coating is ready for use;
-
Ready coating is used within 50-60 minutes;
-
Ideal for waterproofing against simple moisture and against pressurized water;
-
Provides waterproofing of basements from the outside (outside) because, having excellent adhesion, it resists negative water pressure well;
-
Suitable for waterproofing enclosing walls;
-
It is applied to it before plastering - in places where the wall contacts the ground;
-
In combination with WATERBLOCK FLEX (comp. B) and fiberglass mesh for reinforcement or polypropylene fiber, it is used for waterproofing terraces;
-
The gray color of the material is offered, in case of coating for covered terraces (balconies) and white color - in the case of terraces exposed to sunlight.
WATERBLOCK FLEX (comp. B) is an elasticizing emulsion used as a plasticizing additive in:
-
into the cement composition of the waterproofing coating - WATERBLOCK FLEX (comp. A);
-
in VICOLITH glue for fixing facing tiles;
- in building cement, to create an elastic mortar.
The final product created by adding WATERBLOCK FLEX (comp. B) has the following properties.
-
Elastic;
-
Has excellent adhesion;
-
Waterproof;
- Hardens in water, out of contact with air.
