VIMAPUR PRIMER-W is a one-component primer based on aliphatic polyurethane resins.
Seals porous surfaces, giving them:

excellent penetration and adhesion;

high mechanical strength;
-
tightness;
-
resistance to chemicals;
-
prevents discoloration of the surface and protects it from yellowing;

seals any porous surface of concrete and cement structures, prevents the formation of dust on their surface;
-
primes hardened cementitious surfaces before applying VIMAPUR VARNISH and VIMAPUR VARNISH-W polyurethane varnishes;
-
Consumption - 0.1 - 0.15 kg / m2 per layer.

Base
-
The substrate must be solid, free from dust, grease and contaminants that interfere with the adhesion of the material;
-
Substrate moisture should be < 4%;
-
The primer is applied to the surface of the concrete structure, on the 28th day.

On cement screeds, on the 7th day from the date of their manufacture.
- Attention! If a siloxane or paraffin impregnation has been applied to the surface of the substrate, VIMAPUR PRIMER-W must not be used.
Application
-
The primer diluted with 15% water is applied to the surface with a brush or roller.

The iron surface is covered with one layer of primer, and the porous surface of concrete or cement structures, for high-quality sealing and to avoid dust formation, with two layers.
- Consumption 0.1 - 0.15 kg/m2 per coat.
Cleaning tools
Tools are cleaned with water immediately after use.
Storage
-
At least 2 years, when storing the material in its original sealed packaging;
- In a room protected from frost, moisture and high temperatures (> 35°C).
