Application Mastertor 430

• The dry mix is ​​applied evenly to the freshly laid concrete, using a mechanical dispenser or manually and rubbed into the surface using concrete finishing machines (helicopters).

• To obtain a high quality floor, concrete must meet the following requirements.

• Cone draft 7-9 cm;

• Well-chosen mixture with minimal water separation;

• Compressive strength not less than 30 N/mm2;

• No more than 3% entrained air;

• Does not contain additives containing chlorides;

• Do not use salt water or aggregates containing salts to prepare concrete;

• Particular attention at ambient temperatures above 25 C.

Mastertop 430 for industrial floors in Ukraine

• MasterTop 430  is usually applied in two steps, first about two thirds of the calculated amount, then the remainder.

• To obtain a quality result, the first part of the material must be carefully rubbed into the surface, before applying the remaining amount.

• Pay special attention to awkward areas such as pillars, doorways, wall junctions - these areas should be treated first, as the concrete in these areas loses moisture very quickly.

• Places that cannot be wiped mechanically are rubbed manually.

• In the places of the proposed seams, it is recommended to increase the consumption of the dry mix for additional hardening of the surface. During surface grouting, do not pour water on the concrete surface - this leads to a decrease in the strength of the surface layer.

• To prevent the loss of moisture in concrete and the formation of surface cracks, spray MasterCure 101 during grouting . It is especially recommended to do this at low air humidity, in the sun and in strong winds.

• When grouting colored floors, do not burn!

• Heat shrink seams should be cut as early as possible if possible.

• After final grouting, treat the concrete surface with MasterCURE 101 protective liquid or others recommended by FLOORTOP. 

• This will allow the concrete to gain strength, under standard conditions, with constant moisture.

• Do not keep  MasterTop 430  under water during curing (28 days) - use MasterKure! 

• Protect the floor surface from exposure to various substances during construction work.

• Surfaces treated with MasterKure 101 are much easier to clean from oil contamination during operation than untreated surfaces.

Consumption MasterTop 430

The consumption depends on the wear load. 

Traffic:

• weak ... medium - 5-6 kg / m2;

• medium ... strong - 6-8 kg / m2;

• strong and concentrated - 7.5-8 kg / m2;

• for colored floors, it is recommended not less than - 7.5 kg / m2.

The recommended surface temperature is from +5 to +30 °C.

Cleaning

It is recommended that all equipment and tools involved in the work be cleaned immediately with water.

Storage and shelf life

• Bags with a mixture should be stored at a temperature not lower than +5 ° C in conditions that ensure the safety of the packaging and protection from moisture on pallets raised above the ground.

• Failure to comply with the recommended storage conditions may result in damage to the material or packaging.

• The material has a shelf life of 12 months when stored in tightly closed, original packaging.
