SINAK S-102 is a ready-to-use liquid that outperforms all curing methods for hardened concrete and hardened concrete floors.

SINAK S-102 - creates a process of secondary hydration in the thickness of the concrete layer, with the formation of additional C-SH cement, which significantly compacts the surface, due to which the water used for concrete preparation is retained.
- As a result, concrete retains almost 100% relative humidity, which creates optimal conditions for the hydration reaction, increasing the strength and wear resistance of the concrete surface;

General application procedure

Start applying the agent immediately after the surface is ready for absorption and continue without interruption until the entire surface is treated;
- A break in the application of the product is allowed only in case of rain;
-
Clean the surface of foreign matter that may prevent the product from being absorbed into the concrete;
- Apply 1-2 light coats evenly to the surface by spraying with a garden or airless sprayer;
-
Apply the agent in an amount that the surface is able to absorb;
-
The number of applied layers and the consumption of the product depends on the profile of the treated surface;
-
Apply the second and subsequent layers immediately after the previous layer has dried;
-
In this case, the layer is considered dried when it is dry to the touch, and the surface color has recovered to its original;
-
The drying time of the layer, depending on the temperature and air humidity, is 10-30 minutes;
Care at an early stage of curing

The agent can be applied to freshly laid concrete at an early stage of its hardening, to limit the degree of water evaporation;
- In this case, the second coat of the agent is applied after the concrete has been laid.
- Attention ! The movement of people on the treated surface is allowed immediately after applying the product.
- Subsequent wetting of the surface with water spray is not required, unless water spray can be used to clean vertical surfaces from foreign objects (substances);
- Clean the working tool by rinsing it with water.
USE OF THE PRODUCT AT HIGH TEMPERATURES

At high air temperatures, over 38 C, low humidity or strong wind, apply the product with exposure to the loss (evaporation) of water from the surface of the concrete or after the completion of the cutting of freshly laid concrete;

APPLICATION AT LOW TEMPERATURES
At low air temperatures, or in conditions where frost is expected, it is necessary to consult the specialists of the manufacturer SINAK Corporation.
Rules for storage and handling

Store the product in a cool, dry place, protected from direct sunlight, in a tightly closed container to prevent evaporation and contamination;
- DO NOT allow product to freeze;
- When freezing, the product loses its properties and is not allowed for further use.

- For visual identification of a product or obtaining a surface with the desired reflectivity, the product is available in two colors: red and white.
