Task

Installation of a new, wear-resistant and efficient industrial floor.

Decision

It was decided to apply the technology: concrete industrial floors with FORTEDUR 1020 topping - shake hardener.

Stages of work performance

• Arrangement of a rough concrete slab (sub-concrete).

• Laying  polyethylene membraine.

• Laying of reinforcement on racks-fixators, on a rigid base.

• Reception of concrete with the help of a mixer.

Reinforcement of concrete floors

• Application of topping with the help of a specialized trolley for uniform distribution of dry hardener on the concrete slab.

• Grating the topping with the help of grouting machines.

• Applying Fortecoat 1425 membrane forming varnish.

• Cutting of shrink seams with a seam cutter.

In the future, there will be  sealed seams  with the help of:

• polypropylene harness 6 mm ;

• priming the seam with a polyurethane primer to increase the adhesion of the sealant to the edges of the seam;

• seam filling 5*5 mm, sealant Vivalflex PU 40;

• wet cleaning was carried out with the help of floor washing machines.
