VIMATOL-SPL | Additive for higher demands on concrete floors, reducing the water-cement ratio / superplasticizer.

It is used for pump concreting, as well as for the production of concrete structures with a smooth surface, with dense reinforcement and with a small section;

Reduces the water-cement ratio in concrete, significantly increases its physical and mechanical characteristics.
Consumption
0.6 - 0.8% by weight of cement.
VIMATOL- SPL is a liquid water/cement ratio reducer used as a superplasticizer.

The use of a material that entails significant improvements in both fresh and hardened concrete;

It has a positive effect on the hydration of cement and, in terms of its effectiveness, is a binding material for the concrete mass;

Significantly increases the plasticity and uniformity of concrete, preventing its delamination;

The above-mentioned properties of VIMATOL-SPL, which have favorable properties for fresh concrete, have similar effects on curing concrete:

Dosage

Permissible dosage: 0.6-0.8% relative to the weight of the cement;

Recommended dosage: 0.7% by weight of cement;

Efficiency
The apparent effectiveness of VIMATOL-SPL when the user selects its appropriate dosage is summarized as follows:

High performance material that reduces the amount of water used;

Over the entire range of allowable dosage, with a decrease in the amount of water from 15% to 13%, an increase in compressive strength, far exceeds the requirements of ΕΛΟΤ ΕΝ 934-2;
- The initial strength, after a day, increases by more than 70% (Requirement according to table 3.1: ≥140%) while on day 28, it exceeds 140% (Requirement according to table 3.1: ≥115%).
Storage

Shelf life VIMATOL-SPL: 18 months, in sealed original packaging, at temperatures from +5 οC to +35 οC;
- The material must be protected from direct exposure to ultraviolet radiation and freezing.
