VIMACRET RAPID | Fibre-reinforced, acrylic, ready-mixed, fast curing mortar.

VIMACRET RAPID | This is a high quality, ready-to-use repair mortar , with a fast curing time interval of 30 to 35 minutes. This makes it possible to perform an uninterrupted cycle of work.

VIMACRET is recommended as a fast curing cement mixture intended for:

fastening and anchoring of metal structures and mechanisms;
preparation and repair of concrete bases , before applying the WATERBLOCK coating waterproofing mixture (filling voids and other defects in the surface of concrete structures, manufacturing sealing perimeter skirting boards, grooves, fillets) and sequentially performing a continuous cycle of work, when sealing.

Preparatory work

To apply VIMACRET RAPID, the substrate must be stable, clean and damp.

Mode of application

To prepare a mixture, VIMACRET RAPID is gradually added to water and mixed until a homogeneous mass with the desired workability is obtained;
Approximately, for each bag of VIMACRET RAPID weighing 25 kg, you need from 4.5 to 5.0 kg of water;
The time allotted for the preparation of the solution is approximately 45 to 50 minutes;
The initial hardening occurs after 30-35 minutes, which makes it possible to further apply the WATERBLOCK sealing coating;
When hardening (setting) of the material, it is not permissible to add water to "revive" it.

Consumption

For one layer with a thickness of 1 cm and an area of 1 m2

For the manufacture of skirting boards, grooves, fillets with a width of 5-7cm

Paper bag weighing 25 kg.

Tool Care

Immediately after use, working tools are washed with water.

Storage

VIMACRET RAPID is stored in a dry place in sealed paper bags for 24 months.
