VIMABIT EMULSION | Anionic bituminous emulsion containing synthetic resins, emulsifiers and mineral stabilizers.

It has excellent adhesion to various substrates: concrete, cement screeds, metal, wood, etc.;

After evaporation of moisture, it turns into a homogeneous membrane;

Has strong resistance to solutions with low concentration of acids and alkalis;

At the same time, it is vulnerable to organic solvents and oils.

Instructions
-
The surface must be clean and dry;
-
Stir well before applying VIMABIT EMULSION;

Bituminous emulsion VIMABIT EMULSION is applied in 1-3 layers with a roller, brush or sprayer;

Vertical application 1st layer: add 0.5 parts of water to 1 volume part of VIMABIT EMULSION, mix and apply the mixture on the wall with a brush;

2nd layer: add 0.25 parts of water to 1 volume part of VIMABIT EMULSION, mix and apply the resulting mixture on the wall with a brush;

Horizontal application, 1st layer: add 0.5 parts of water to 1 volume part of VIMABIT EMULSION, mix and apply the mixture on the wall with a brush;
- While the 1st layer is still fresh, we recommend reinforcing it with polyester or glass canvas;
- 2nd layer: add 0.25 parts of water to 1 volume part of VIMABIT EMULSIO N, mix and apply the mixture on the wall with a brush.
Consumption

Vertical: 0.2-0.3kg/m2/layer;

Horizontally without reinforcement: 0.5-1.0 kg/m2/layer;
- Horizontally with reinforcement: 3.5-4.0 kg/m2 in total.
Package
Supplied in 19 kg plastic pails and 220 kg drums.
Best before date
Storage and shelf life: 12 months from the date of manufacture, in unopened containers, in dry and cool rooms, protected from frost.
