Application area
-
Strengthening primer for concrete MasterTile P 300 | For internal and other premises on vertical and horizontal surfaces.
-
Penetrating primer for concrete is used | For moisture protection of absorbent surfaces such as gypsum boards, gypsum plaster, aerated concrete, plaster, lime plaster, fiberboard.
-
To prolong the laying time of cement-based leveling screed and similar screeds, to increase adhesion to the substrate and to minimize the amount of air bubbles.
-
For priming gypsum plasterboard, gypsum plaster, aerated concrete, plaster, lime plaster and brick walls before applying gypsum plaster on them, in order to prevent cracking due to the rapid absorption of water by the surface.
-
For application to absorbent surfaces such as gypsum board, gypsum plaster, aerated concrete, lime plaster and chipboard, before gluing ceramic or marble tiles to them, in order to prevent rapid loss of moisture from the adhesive and subsequent peeling of the tiles.
-
To improve the quality of cement screeds under carpet, in order to prevent dust formation.
-
It is used as a primer, before gluing wallpaper or applying paint and varnish coatings.
Features and Benefits

MasterTile P 300 is mixed by dilution with a certain amount of water indicated in the material data sheet.
Mode of application
-
Spread the material evenly, prevent the formation of lumps.
-
Used as a paint and primer under wallpaper, on absorbent surfaces such as gypsum board, gypsum plaster, aerated concrete, lime plaster, and chipboard.
-
MasterTile P 300 is applied by brush or roller, diluted 1/2 with water.
-
After drying, other materials can be applied (Consumption: 80 - 125 g/m2 diluted with water).
-
It is used to increase the time of laying and leveling cement mortar or similar screeds, adhesive layer on old substrates, and prevents the formation of air bubbles;
-
MasterTile P 300 is applied by brush or roller, diluted 1/1 with water.
-
After drying, other materials can be applied. (Consumption: 100-150 g/m2 diluted with water).
-
Before bonding ceramic tiles to highly absorbent gypsum plasterboard, gypsum plaster, aerated concrete, lime plaster and chipboard surfaces, apply by brush or roller 2 coats of MasterTile P 300, first coat diluted 1/1 with water, second coat concentrated.
-
MasterTile P 300 is applied by brush or roller, diluted 1/1 with water.
-
After drying, ceramic tiles can be glued. (Consumption: 125-175 g/m2 diluted with water).
-
Prior to applying gypsum plaster to highly absorbent gypsum board, gypsum plaster, aerated concrete, lime plaster and chipboard surfaces, apply by brush or roller 2 coats of MasterTile P 300 1st coat thinned 1/2 with water, 2nd coat thinned with water in the ratio 1/1.
-
MasterTile P 300 is applied by brush or roller, diluted 1/2 with water and a second layer thinned 1/1 with water.
