Rubber coating 10 mm thick is laid exclusively on a rigid base (smooth asphalt, concrete).
Over old concrete, ceramic tiles, wood floors, OSB, etc.
The rubber plate does not need additional gluing to the base.

Installation of a rubber plate - gluing along the perimeter of one plate to another.
Plates are joined tightly to each other.
Polyurethane glue is drawn into a large medical syringe.
The glue is squeezed out into the seam between the plates (draw the nozzle of the syringe without a needle along the entire perimeter of the connected plates slowly).
Glue consumption 50-80 grams per square meter.
Effectively apply geotextile tape (lay it under the joint of tiles).
At the time of gluing, categorically do not walk on the mounted coating.
If desired, you can fix the adhesive connection with staples with a construction stapler.
Gluing time 3-5 hours depending on ambient temperature.
It is possible to glue the coating with polyurethane sealant (construction or automotive).
Trimming the rubber plate - with a wallpaper knife or a circular saw with a fine tooth.
