BOTAMENT M 19 | It is a thin-layer tile adhesive for laying most ceramic wall and floor coverings, indoors and outdoors.

Areas of application for tile adhesive Botament 19
For gluing:

ceramic tiles;

- clinker tiles (including for floors);
- concrete slabs.
Base

Concrete, lightweight concrete and cellular concrete;

Masonry;
- Plasters of categories CS II, CS III and CS IV according to DIN EN 998 and gypsum plasters according to DIN EN 13279 (compressive strength ≥ 2.5 N/mm²);
- Cement screeds.
Foundation preparation
The base must meet the following requirements:
-
dry, clean and unfrozen;
-
ability to carry a load;
-
cleaned from grease, oil, paint, cement laitance, delamination and construction debris;
-
the surface must be flat;
- absorbent substrates should be primed with BOTAMENT D 11 primer.
Storage
Store in a cool dry place for at least 12 months in unopened original packaging.
Mixing ratio
6.75 l water / 25 kg.
Ripening time
5 minutes.
Open time
2 hours.
Maximum layer thickness
5 mm.
Possibility of movement
Through: 24 hours.
Possibility of grouting
Through: 24 hours.
Full load capability
In 7 days.
Glue preparation

Knead the mixture with cold, clean water;
-
Slowly mixing with a low-speed mixer, until a homogeneous paste-like mass is obtained;
- Application and surface temperature: +5°C to +30°C.
Consumption

Notched trowel 6 mm: 2.6 kg / m²;

Notched trowel 8 mm: 3.4 kg / m²;
- Notched trowel 10 mm: 3.9 kg / m².

When installing ceramic coatings, all existing codes and regulations in their current versions should be observed.
