Stages of work when applying polyurethane coatings
Foundation preparation

The mechanical processing of marble chips was carried out using a grinding machine.

When grinding the floor, an industrial vacuum cleaner was used for instant cleaning and removal of cement dust in the production workshop.
- The final cleaning of the marble chips floor was also additionally carried out using an industrial vacuum cleaner.

Primer application
On the prepared base, apply a three- component primer, with a quick setting time, UCRETE PRIMER FS.
Application of UCRETE UD 200

After the primer was dry, they proceeded to apply a polyurethane-cement coating, with a quick curing (4-24 hours), Ucrete 200.
- By distributing the polymer mixture with a spatula and squeegee, the required thickness of the coating was maintained, according to the project.

After 24 hours, the premises of the production workshop were put into operation.
- New, industrial, wear-resistant, polyurethane coating, will serve the customer for more than one year, and will also satisfy all the requirements and wishes of the valiant inspection bodies.
