VIVALTOP CURE ECO | This is a water-soluble primer for industrial floors.
VIVALTOP CURE ECO is a ready-to-use aqueous dispersion of acrylic resin.
Intended for priming fresh and existing floors with the purpose of:

their protection from too fast drying;

limitation of absorbent capacity and facilitation of cleanliness;

strengthening of the surface layer, reducing the absorbent capacity and protection from dust formation of floors, reinforced VIVALTOP sprinkles;
-
primed concrete;
-
odorless;
-
resistant to ultraviolet rays (does not yellow);
- non-toxic;

easy to use;
- prevents dust formation.

Applying

VIVALTOP CURE ECO should be applied by spraying, on a freshly laid concrete floor, immediately after the last mechanical grouting;

With low air humidity, strong insolation, or strong drafts, it is necessary to protect the floor from too rapid evaporation of water;

The drug is applied only once in a thin layer, avoiding the formation of puddles;

An excess of VIVALTOP CURE ECO will not penetrate deep into the floor, it will create a thin film that will eventually rub off during operation;

This has no negative consequences for the mechanical properties of the floor;

Cutting deformation seams , as well as the effect of water or oil on a non-dried surface, can cause local changes in color;

A very thick layer of VIVALTOP CURE ECO will cause a dark color on the surface of the floor, as in these places the floor will release moisture more slowly;

The above-mentioned product cover can easily get dirty, and traces of tire rubber and other pollutants can remain on it;

A too thick layer can also chip away from the floor surface;

Taking into account the small thickness of the VIVALTOP CURE ECO preparation, it is necessary to take into account its abrasion and the formation of loose dust on the floor surface;

Attention : before application, it is necessary to thoroughly mix the contents of the package;

In the case of surfaces with a high degree of absorption, the product should be applied in two layers.
Storage

Store for 6 months in a ventilated, dry, cool room at a temperature from +5 to + 25oC in the original closed packaging;

Avoid exposure to direct sunlight;

Protect from frost.
