CEMTOP 360 | Self-leveling industrial floors
Finishing, bulk coating for industrial floors, with extreme loads, 10-25 mm
Industrial floors for a warehouse
Industrial garage flooring
Repair of industrial floors
CEMTOP 360 | Self leveling screed , which can be applied with a pump, is made from aluminous cement, extremely hard aggregates, polymers, additional binders and chemical additives - polymers.
-
CEMTOP 360 is a ready-to-use dry powder designed for use as industrial floors subjected to higher loads and floors in agricultural buildings.
-
CEMTOP 360 is more resistant to salt and chemicals than conventional concrete.
-
Thanks to the hard aggregates, the product has a high degree of resistance to studded automotive rubber and to scratches caused by metal objects.
-
Under normal conditions, you can walk on it after 1-2 hours, and after 1 week, depending on the conditions of the object, subject it to heavy loads.
METHODS AND FIELDS OF USE
-
CEMTOP 360 is designed for the restoration of floors in industrial and agricultural buildings;
-
CEMTOP 360 can be applied with an automatic continuous concrete mixer with a pump (without mortar hopper);
- It can be painted over with a properly selected industrial floor paint , once the surface has dried.
Scope of application
-
Industrial floors for the garage.
-
Industrial floors for a warehouse.

-
CEMTOP 360 must be applied to a well-finished subfloor;
-
If the surface is expected to be subjected to high loads, ensure that the adhesion to the substrate is higher than 1.5 N/mm²;
-
Remove dust, laitance, grease or other materials;
-
The usual thickness is 8 - 15 mm, but the material can be applied in a layer of 25 mm in one operation;
-
If heavy traffic is expected on the surface, do not apply a layer thinner than 10 mm;
-
To cover inclined planes, it is recommended to use a small amount of water and pour from the highest point to the lowest;
-
Incompletely set material can be easily processed or removed, which allows for the necessary alignment;
-
The hardened material becomes extremely hard and almost impossible to process.
MIXTURE PRODUCTION
-
CEMTOP 360 can be mixed in an automatic continuous concrete mixer with a pump (no mortar hopper);
-
To do this, you need to use clean drinking water in the proportion of 3.5 liters per bag weighing 25 kg;
- Mixed material must be used within 15 minutes.
APPLICATION
-
Door sills, steps, gutters and storm drains must be insulated with a foam barrier;
-
Large surfaces should be divided into sections;
-
Typical plot width: 8 - 10 m, depending on pump power.
CLEANING
All tools and equipment should be cleaned with water immediately.
HEALTH & SAFETY
-
Danger - contains cement, wet cement is corrosive;
-
Protect eyes and avoid prolonged skin contact;
-
Keep out of the reach of children.
