Foundation preparation

For manual application, it is necessary to use Zentrifix KMH as an adhesive layer;

The surface is cleaned from weak concrete using mechanical, hydrojet preparation;
-
The surface becomes rough, monolithic;
-
Reinforcement is cleaned of rust.

The base is abundantly moistened without the formation of puddles.
Mixing
-
Nafufill KM 150 is added to water with constant stirring and mixed to a homogeneous, workable solution without lumps;
-
Forced mixer or double mixer at low speed must be used;
-
Manual mixing and preparation of part of the package is not allowed.
-
Mixing continues for at least 5 minutes.
Mixing ratio
-
For a 25 kg bag of Nafufill KM 150, about 3.25 - 3.5 liters of water are needed;
-
As with other cement-based materials, the amount of water may vary.
Application
-
Nafufill KM 150 can be applied by hand or by spray;
-
The material can be applied in one or more layers;
-
For mechanical application, it is recommended to use a worm pump, with an adjustable discharge flow;

Finishing
After laying, Nafufill KM 150 can be smoothed down with a wooden, plastic float or sponge made of cellular rubber.
Base Care
-
Nafufill KM 150 must be protected from rapid evaporation of moisture, direct sunlight and drafts;
- Wet care lasts 3 days.
