MasterSeal NP 474 | Polyurethane sealant
Elastic polyurethane sealant for concrete
Polyurethane-based elastomeric sealant for industrial floors
Polyurethane sealant for concrete floors
Polyurethane floor sealant
Polyurethane sealant for seams
MasterSeal NP 474 | Ready-to-use, one-component, elastic, polyurethane, moisture-resistant sealant for seams, width from 5 to 30 mm.
Area of application of polyurethane sealant
MasterSeal NP 474 is intended for sealing seams
-
In buildings, constructions and steel constructions;
-
Inside and outside the premises; - in industrial floors, walls and ceilings;
-
Sealing is attached to the perimeter of the ceramic tile;
-
With constant exposure to water;
-
With seam mobility up to 25%;
- Repair of cracks in the concrete floor in the warehouse.
Packaging
-
MasterSeal NP 474 is supplied in soft tubes of 600 ml.
- 20 tubes in a box, 800 tubes on a pallet.
Expiry date
-
The warranty period of the material, in a closed, undamaged original packaging, is 12 months;
-
Store the material in a dry, cool place, do not allow freezing.
Consumption
-
The consumption of MasterSeal NP 474 depends on the width of the seam and the depth of its filling;
-
With a seam width of 10 mm and a filling depth of 10 mm, the consumption of MasterSeal NP 474 is 100 ml per linear meter of the seam, which allows sealing 6 linear meters with one tube.
Advantages of polyurethane sealant
-
One-component, easy to use;
-
Excellent adhesion to various substrates;
-
High tensile strength;
-
The ability to recover after deformation;
-
High resistance to weathering and wear;
-
Does not lose elasticity for a long time, even at temperatures from - 30 to + 80°C;
-
Does not have thermoplasticity;
-
High resistance to the effects of fresh, salty, limestone and polluted water, salt solutions and neutral cleaning agents;
-
Short-term resistance to mineral oils, oil, kerosene and other lubricants, vegetable and animal fats;
- Resistance to ultraviolet radiation.
Limitation
Do not use MasterSeal NP 474:
-
At a temperature below +5 and above +35°C;
- For seams of swimming pools that are constantly under high water pressure.
It is not recommended to use MasterSeal NP 47 4:
-
For compensatory glazing seams;
-
For movable seams covered with paint;
- For seams exposed to aggressive chemicals (see the chemical resistance table).
