Specifications

Foundation preparation

• The base must be level, clean and dry and sound;

• Concrete must be free from ice, film of polymer compositions, condensate, oil stains, cement laitance, loose material and dust;

• If there is a water leak, it must be dewatered or cracks properly sealed;

• Chips along the edges must be contoured at an angle of 90 °.

Preparing the mixture

• The material consists of two components packed in metal pails;

• The temperature of the material must be in the range of 15°C - 25°C before mixing;

• Add component B to component A without residue and mix with a low speed mixer at 300 rpm for 3 minutes until a homogeneous mixture without lumps is obtained.

• The prepared MasterBrace ADH 1406 solution is applied to the previously prepared surface with a steel spatula;

• The application thickness is 2-30 mm;

• To install anchors, the diameter of the hole must exceed the diameter of the anchor by 6 mm;

• Thoroughly clean the holes with a brush and blow with compressed air;

• Mixed material, place in a gun with an appropriate spout and squeeze into the hole;

• Fill the hole to half the depth;

• Install the anchor with slow rotation in one direction.

Consumption

1.7 kg/m2/per 1 mm layer thickness.

Special remarks

• The temperature of application of the material is from +5 to +30°C;

• The application and hardening time of materials based on polymer resins varies depending on relative humidity, ambient temperature and substrate;

• The reaction slows down at low temperatures, leading to an increase in the period of work with the mixture and the setting time;

• On the other hand, high temperatures speed up the reaction, which leads to a reduction in the working time with the mixture and the setting time;

• For complete hardening of the material, the temperature of the base and the environment must not be lower than the permissible operating temperature.

• The material is supplied in the form of components measured in exact quantities for mixing;

• Do not violate the ratio of components and do not add foreign components, solvents to the mixture;

• Stir only with a suitable electric tool, do not mix by hand.

Tool cleaning

• After completion of work, all tools must be cleaned with solvents;

• After hardening, it can only be cleaned mechanically.

Storage

Should be stored in the original container, in a cool and dry place, indoors at a temperature between +5o C and +25o C.

Best before date

18 months, from date of manufacture, under appropriate conditions.

Security measures

• Do not approach storage facilities during a fire;

• Store products in well-ventilated areas;

• During work, work clothes, protective gloves, goggles and a mask should be used in accordance with health and safety regulations;

• Since uncured materials have an irritating effect, contact of the components with the skin and eyes should not be allowed, and in case of contact, rinse with plenty of water;

• If swallowed, seek medical attention immediately;

• It is forbidden to bring food and drink to the construction site where the product is used;

• The product must be kept out of the reach of children;
