CEMTOP 340 is a self-levelling screed consisting of aluminous cement, aggregates, additional binders and chemical additives - polymers.

Recommended application thickness of CEMTOP 340 : 6-30 mm, in one operation;
- Under normal conditions, you can walk on it after 1-2 hours, and after 1 week, depending on the conditions of the object, subject it to heavy loads.

CEMTOP 340 must be applied to a well finished subfloor;

Remove dust, laitance, grease or other materials;

The normal thickness is 6 - 10 mm, but the material can be applied in a layer of 25 - 30 mm, in one operation;

To cover inclined planes, it is recommended to use a small amount of water and pour from the highest point to the lowest;
-
Incompletely set material can be easily processed or removed, which allows for the necessary alignment;
Making a mixture

CEMTOP 340 can be applied with an automatic, continuous concrete mixer with a pump (without mortar hopper);
-
To do this, you need to use clean drinking water in the proportion of 4.5 liters per bag, weighing 25 kg;
- Mixed material must be used within 15 minutes.
Application

Door sills, steps, gutters and storm drains must be insulated with a foam barrier;

Large surfaces should be divided into sections;
-
The usual width of the plot is 8-12 m, depending on the power of the pump.
Cleaning
All tools and equipment should be cleaned with water immediately.
Curing time

1-2 hours - for pedestrian traffic;

24 hours - for medium loads;
- 1 week - for heavy loads.
Storage
6 months in dry conditions.
