CEMPRIME AC | Acrylic primer for concrete
Acrylic primer, concentrate, for concrete floors and screeds, before applying leveling mortars
Strengthening primer for concrete
Polymer primer for concrete
Penetrating primer for concrete
CEMPRIME AC | Acrylic concrete primer, water soluble styrene/acrylic dispersion.
-
Strengthening primer for concrete CEMPRIME AC, does not contain ammonia and has an extremely low residual content of volatile organic carbon.
- Primer for concrete CEMPRIME AC, creates a hard and elastic film that perfectly connects the base and cement mixtures for the floor.
AREAS OF USE
Cempprime AC Concrete Reinforcing Primer has very good adhesion to most concrete, wood, stainless steel substrates, even in high humidity and highly alkaline conditions.

Training
-
The substrate must be dry and clean and must be free of excess material, surface contamination, dust, grease and other contaminants;
-
To improve adhesion (tread layer), the substrate must be cleaned by sandblasting or sanding followed by vacuum cleaning.
Application
Apply acrylic primer with a spray gun;
-
Apply a deep penetrating primer with a watering can;
-
Apply a concentrated primer with a soft brush;
- Avoid puddles on the base.
Cleaning
Tools and equipment must be cleaned and washed with water.
Health and Safety
-
Wash skin stains with soap and water until dry;
-
After washing, apply a rich cream to the areas of the skin that have been exposed;
- Protect eyes during spray application;
- Wear protective clothing to protect your skin.
