PACKAGE
-
Bag: 25 kg;
- Pallet: 56 bags, 1400 kg.
BASE
-
The bases must be clean, strong, dense, seasoned and not subject to deformation;
-
Before applying waterproofing, make sure that the substrate is sufficiently mature;
-
Preliminary leveling of substrates, if necessary, should be carried out at least 14 days before applying waterproofing.
Types of bases
-
Concrete;
-
Solid brick;
- Cement-based plasters and mortars with sufficient mechanical strength (at least 12 MPa after 28 days).
SOLUTION PREPARATION
-
Dilution ratio: 26% (6.5 liters of water per 25 kg bag);
-
Mix in a clean container 6.5 liters of water and 25 kg of Osmogrout dry mix;
-
Slowly pour the powder into the water, continuously mixing with an electric drill with a mixing attachment, until a homogeneous solution without lumps is obtained;
-
It is not recommended to mix the solution manually;
-
Keep the resulting solution for at least 5 minutes;
-
After repeated mixing, the product is ready for use.
APPLICATION
-
Before application, moisten the surface with water, leaving no excess water on the surface;
-
Apply the mortar with a brush or a smooth stainless steel spatula;
-
Apply the material in two cross layers with a total thickness of at least 1.5 mm and not more than 4 mm;
-
The second layer is applied when the first is dry, after about 5-6 hours, but no more than 24 hours;
-
It is necessary to carefully handle corners and fillets;
-
In the process of setting and drying, there is no need to additionally wet the material.
ATTENTION
-
Do not apply to bituminous membranes, wood, plastic, metal, rubber, gypsum substrates or artificial marble;
-
Use only on a clean, solid, dense surface that is not subject to deformation;
-
Before coating, remove all traces of grease, paint, enamel from the base;
-
Before application, moisten the surface with water, leaving no excess water on the surface;
- The treated surface must be protected from rain, erosion, direct sunlight and frost for at least 48 hours after application.
