Laviosa Edilmodulo | Floor and foundation waterproofing
Bentonite mat for concrete floor waterproofing
Basement floor waterproofing
Cellar floor waterproofing
Underground floor waterproofing
Laviosa Edilmodulo | Waterproof (waterproofing), geosynthetic barrier manufactured by Laviosa Chimica Mineraria.
-
Consists of natural sodium bentonite, with a high content of montmorillonite, as a waterproof layer, and two layers of high-strength polypropylene geotextile, as a reinforcing shell that holds the bentonite layer;
-
The woven fabric is needle-punched with non-woven transverse fibers, which ensures uniform distribution and fixation of the bentonite powder inside the frame;
-
Additional filling of covering geotextile with bentonite powder increases adhesion with the protected surface and does not require additional processing of overlaps with bentonite paste (powder) when laying the material.
Advantages
-
High waterproofing ability - contains more than 90% montmorillonite;
-
High resistance to damage and tear - high-strength geotextiles are used;
-
Self-healing waterproofing in case of mechanical damage;
-
Resistance to an unlimited number of freeze-thaw and hydration-dehydration cycles;
-
Equivalent to 1 meter thick clay screen;
-
The isolated surface does not require special preparation;
-
Easy and fast installation;
-
Possibility of laying at any time of the year;
-
Large variety of brands and sizes;
-
Reliability of waterproofing.
Application
- Waterproofing of foundations, basements and semi-substructures, underground structures, pools and reservoirs;
-
Waterproofing of concrete monolithic slabs and floors in underground construction;
